Un deposito pari al 50% del valore totale è richiesto alla conferma della prenotazione.
Il saldo deve essere effettuato entro 21 giorni dall'arrivo.
In entrambi i casi il pagamento può avvenire tramite bonifico o servizio paypal.
A 50% deposit of the total cost of your stay is required to confirm your reservation.
The rest of the payment has to be released within 21 days of the planned check-in.
Gli ospiti che cancellano la prenotazione entro 21 giorni dalla data di arrivo prevista riceveranno un rimborso pari al 100% della prenotazione.
Cancellazioni oltre tale limite non prevederanno alcun rimborso.
Travelers who cancel at least 21 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they have paid. If they cancel after that point they won't get any refund. High-touch surfaces. We clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces after each stay. Examples of high-touch surfaces include tables, hard-backed chairs, doorknobs, handrails, light switches, remotes, wardrobe and cabinet handles, desks, toilets, sinks, bedside tables, and kitchen and bathroom surfaces.
Superfici a "basso" tocco. Puliamo e disinfettiamo pavimenti e tessuti con prodotti antibatterici.
Low-touch surfaces. We clean and disinfect Floors, walls, blinds and other low-touch surfaces are cleaned using hot water and antibacterial detergent.
